At Paloma Wool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
