Where does Paloma Wool ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are customs duties included in the price?
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my Paloma Wool pieces?
We recommend following the specific care instructions on each garment's label. Many of our knits require hand washing and flat drying to maintain their shape.
